Class2Questions is a web application that uses AI to generate exam-style questions from lecture files you upload. The service is provided free of charge during the current beta period with no guarantee of uptime or availability.
Your Content
You retain full ownership of any files and text you upload. By uploading content you grant Class2Questions a limited, non-exclusive license to process it for the sole purpose of generating questions on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the material (e.g. no third-party copyright violations).
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) upload illegal, abusive, or privacy-violating content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or exploit the service; (c) use automated scripts to make bulk requests; or (d) redistribute AI-generated output in a way that misrepresents it as your own original academic work in violation of your institution's academic-integrity policy.
AI-Generated Content
Questions generated by the AI are produced automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Class2Questions makes no warranty that generated questions accurately reflect the content of your lecture or are suitable for any specific examination. Always review generated content before relying on it for study.
Intellectual Property
The Class2Questions application code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of Class2Questions. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the application itself without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that generated questions will be accurate. Use the service at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Class2Questions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to exam failure, data loss, or reliance on inaccurate AI output.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
